1/3 cup all-purpose flour
Optional: Shredded cabbage (about 1/2 cup)
Salt and ground black pepper
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 egg
Blend all ingredients above in a blender or food processor. Scoop out spoonfuls and roll around breadcrumbs. Fry!
1 cup prepared breadcrumbs (I dry my left over unwanted bread and crush them inside a bag)
1 cup vegetable oil for frying
